Terms of sale

1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders for AgentProof services from Adido Ventures Sàrl, Rue Micheli-du-Crest 2, 1205 Genève, Switzerland (UID CHE-140.730.217, "AgentProof", "we"). AgentProof sells to businesses only (B2B); by ordering you confirm you act for a business.
2. Services
Fix package: a check of your key web pages, a written report and the agreed fixes (structured data, name/address/phone consistency, access rules, booking and map links, descriptions), installed by us or delivered as ready-to-paste code to you or your web agency, plus a before-and-after grade. Delivery within 5 working days after we receive the access or contact needed. Includes 3 months of monitoring.
Monitoring: a monthly AI answer check (currently ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google Gemini), readability alerts, up to 2 small fact updates per month on request (unused updates do not carry over) and a quarterly re-fix while the subscription is active.
3. No guarantee of results
We make your information readable and correct and measure what AI assistants say. We do not guarantee any ranking, recommendation, citation, booking or revenue. AI assistants are run by third parties and change without notice.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in CHF, excl. Swiss VAT (8.1%) which is added. Fix package CHF 390 one-off; monitoring CHF 39 per month or CHF 390 per year. Payment by card or TWINT through our payment provider (Stripe), or by invoice on request (payable within 10 days). Launch prices may change for new orders; existing subscriptions get 30 days' notice of any price change and may cancel before it applies.
5. Subscription and cancellation
Monitoring included with the fix package starts on delivery and runs for 3 months; it then continues month to month (or year to year for the annual plan) unless cancelled. There is no minimum term after the included months. You can cancel at any time, in one click in the customer portal, via the link in every receipt and email, at agentproof.ch/cancel, or by email to hello@agentproof.ch. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; no further charges are made. We remind you by email 7 days before the first paid month.
6. Refunds
Fix package: full refund if we cannot deliver; if you are not satisfied with the delivery, tell us within 14 days and we will rework it once, or refund in full if we cannot resolve it. Monitoring: paid periods are not refunded pro rata, except where we fail to provide the service. Annual plan: if you cancel within the first 14 days, full refund.
7. Your part
You give us correct information and the access needed, and you confirm you are allowed to change the website concerned. You remain responsible for the content of your website. We may refuse orders for websites with unlawful content.
8. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the damage. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or the actions of third-party platforms (AI assistants, hosting, booking engines).
9. Data protection
We process data as described in our privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders; for running subscriptions we give 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before the change applies.
11. Law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction: Geneva, Switzerland.
In case of differences between language versions, the French version prevails.
